Sah Cemetery: Bin Hibras & Abdul-Rahim Ba Wazir Domes
Bin Hibras was the first monument spotted after the devastating floods of autumn 2008. The magnificent dome spans an area measuring 8.5 x 8.7m (73.95 sq. metres). The debris was cleared, and the remaining damaged sections removed, when, the local Shaykh of Bin Hibras objected, saying 'he had orders not to reconstruct the dome’. Work was halted, but Ba Wazir dome was reinforced and restored.

Sayqat al Sadah: Al Bu Hadi Domes
Four ruined domes belonging to Al Bu Hadi were reconstructed. The structure of the remaining tomb chambers was badly damaged when the domes collapsed, and they were completely rebuilt in mud brick, on stone foundations, and plastered in mud and nurah.
